We invest in later stage businesses across a variety of industries. We focus upon those companies with sustained revenue and proven operating margins.

irst New England Capital prefers to invest in transactions that range in size from $2 to $7 million. We have the flexibility to make smaller investments in companies that have the potential for follow-on investment, or larger investments in combination with other investment partners. Typically, First New England Capital invests in companies that have generated $10 to $150 million of revenue and have demonstrated an ability to deliver strong operating performance and cash flow.

We invest in later stage businesses across a variety of industries. FNEC's focuses upon those companies with sustained revenue and proven operating margins. In addition, we seek businesses, which have demonstrated a balance between sustainable growth and expense control.

Our capital is typically used to provide liquidity to founders and existing shareholders, make acquisitions or finance organic growth. We will act as lead or participate as a member of larger syndicates with other respected investment partners. We are often a minority investor making our relationship and communication with management crucial to our success. Our objective is to create long-term partnerships with proven management teams who are growing businesses and can leverage FNEC's experience, knowledge and capital to maximize success. In most investments FNEC will require board representation of the portfolio company.
